Finally put my Fantasia flamingo in a pot! I put in real scottish moss. I also left off the second half of the legs because I didn't want him too tall.

It was high class Disney dining. If you have eaten at Napa Rose or Club 33 then you will understand the food being presented here. The heirloom tomatoes were perfectly in season and had a firm skin and nice texture throughout. The pork had a nice glaze but unfortunately was mainly fat back. The "chalupa" was a bit dried and chewy but the sauce and the mushrooms helped counteract that. It was real great meeting you two yesterday! i shall never say a thing like that again just for you!! but to make you feel better, the canoes are man powered only. the CM told me that in the other parks around the world the canoes have motors which explains why some people who have only been to the other parks don't think they have to row. the CM told me she had heard they were putting the canoes back in florida with no motors but she was not sure if they had them there right now. i love the canoes. i have a bad back and just going on those helps me get in a little workout to make all the roller coaster aches better. - secretagentangel 662.5 #157 2-1-12 2:23PM
