Are they selling Monster's University merchandise in the parks yet?
Not yet, but other stores, like Toy r Us, Target, Walmart, are supposed to get a lot of new toys this summer - BaseballMickey_CM2853.9 #16 4-18-13 10:33AMLike Reply

Can anyone tellme about the Walk in Walt's Footstep's Tour? Is it worth the $109? How much of Walt's apartment do you get to see?
There is a lot of info about it on the Disneyland website. And yes, you'll get to see and walk through the apartment - BaseballMickey_CM2853.9 #16 9-11-12 5:13PMLike(1) Reply
I didn't go through his apt when i went on the tour. Only the foyer of Club 33... - Pintraderswife 458.5 #265 9-12-12 3:09PM
Did this recently change? if so i'll have to do the tour again! - Pintraderswife 458.5 #265 9-12-12 3:11PM
We did it last year. We didn't see Walts apt. We did see the lobby of Club33..unfortunately we knew most of the tour from things we learned on MW. It was actually the same day that Wally Boag ( voice of Jose) passed away and we told the guide. :-( which we learned from MW. - SueBayou2012.0 #34 9-12-12 3:49PMLike(1) Reply
This came with a lot of pins I bought on eBay...thoughts??? I'm thinking it resembles someone...
Be careful usually the pins are counterfeit. I bought a lot on eBay and 15/20 were fake. - JenInWonderland1025.1 #86 8-10-11 2:34PMLike Reply
Are they still fake if they have the stamp on the back? It's funny they all have the stamp but they all just don't look quite right I think they are fake - arieldonald11.0 #6455 8-10-11 5:06PMLike Reply
Bright pink hair. Lol that's different. Where was the seller located? I've bought a few lots from eBay, best sellers are ones that live in CA or FL . - Ms.Mouseketeer1000.8 #88 8-10-11 5:49PMLike Reply
@arieldonald... you could say that! My daughter has 2 but she's not living at home so im in charge of them. She has a mini lop and another one I can't remember what he is! She had a lionhead but he died 3 months after she adopted him. I never was into bunnies, but now...they have such unique personalities I just adore them! - Gia785.5 #121 7-21-11 3:12PMLike Reply
Yes Gia it's amazing the personalities they have, we rescued ours 2 years ago and he is just so special, I'd like to have more but my parents wouldn't be too happy about that lol. He's good company for being sick though - arieldonald11.0 #6455 7-21-11 9:14PMLike Reply
Anyone know if the star wars and little mermaid maps will still be in the parks in September? I won them in a rak but never received them and attempts to contact the person have been fruitless, really bummed!
I'll be there tomorrow and can pick you up a few of each. Text me your address and I'll ship them out when we get back! - ladylikesdisney921.5 #95 7-16-11 8:58AMLike Reply
Would you get a pair of each for me, too LadyLikesDisney? I'm under the same situation. I won some in a RAK, but never got them. Please? It doesn't look like your text feature is set up and I wanted to ask before assuming that you would get me the maps as well. - DelilahJo3178.6 #1880 7-16-11 9:03AMLike Reply

What time in the morning does the minnie's character breakfast start? If you finish before the park opens do you get to stay in the park or do you have to go back to the entrance?
Not sure start time but when I have done it before park opening we just stayed in and enjoyed magic morning. - GoofyJoe1864.1 #41 6-11-11 6:28PMLike Reply

Will there be a lot of Halloween decoration up the second week of September? We're going then and are hoping to avoid the decorations
Decorations won't be up until October I think but Halllween at Disneyland is beautiful and one of my fave times to be in the parks. - Mrsblue692.4 #145 6-1-11 1:45PMLike Reply

Any opinions yet on the best spot to watch the new parade? I really want to get good photos of the characters. Last year when I was there I thought I had picked the best spot but ended up having a terrible view lol
I also enjoy the area in front of the emporium facing the entrance tunnel. The floats are moving around the corner so you get a good view fromt the front sides and back. Also, for the 6:30PM parade, the performers are still fresh. - BalooTBear904.4 #97 6-1-11 1:46PMLike Reply

Maybe. Someone here mentioned that during the testing done last year, it was found that the new sleds were too heavy for the track & had to be re-engineered. That's all I know - SergZak3125.8 #13 5-25-11 6:42PMLike Reply

What is everyone's camera of choice when going to Disneyland? Any photography tips!
If you have an iPhone some mwers just posted a great article with photo tips. It's under admin. I'll try and bump it for you. I use my canon eos and by no means am I any good or have any advice. - CravingDisney150.1 #2294 3-5-11 8:23PMLike Reply
For leisurely stroll pix, my iPhone 4.
For photo album pix, my Canon 7D & 16-35m f2.8L lens. I like shooting with my wide angle lens, as the park is usually crowded when I go take pix. For portraiture shots, I just zoom out as far as possible to get some nice background blur. - OCdrumGuy549.0 #203 3-5-11 8:23PMLike Reply
Any suggestions for great places to tale a picture? I always seem to take the same photos like in front of the castle, so I'd like to do something different this time. All I have for a camera is a Sony cybershot so I'm hoping to get some tips on how to make the most out of a not so fancy camera - arieldonald11.0 #6455 3-5-11 8:28PMLike Reply

Planning a trip to Dland for sept 9-12 anyone else planning to be there the same time? How busy will it be?
september is usually not too bad because everyone is going back to school. it's usually just locals. weekends will always be more crowded than weekdays. - paigito27.2 #4509 3-5-11 7:47PMLike Reply
I'm thinking of Sept too. Paigito: if you had the option, would you go Sun-Tuesday? Or Wed-Fri? In debating whether to look at going on a Sun, Mon, and Tue, or if it would be less crowded on a Wed, Thur, and Fri. - Amanda120.4 #2735 3-5-11 7:58PMLike Reply
Yeah it sucks that we're going on the weekend but we're going with first timers
And they only want to go on the weekend so they don't have to take time off work. - arieldonald11.0 #6455 3-5-11 8:01PMLike Reply
Okay so I need some advice, friends of ours have asked us to go to Disney world with them but we were already planning on going to Disneyland in September and then again in may, so my question is- Disneyland twice or Disney world once?
If you haven't been to WDW I'd take one trip to each. If you have been to WDW maybe DL twice. I haven't been to WDW so I really wouldn't know which is better... - JediTrance71.1 #3389 2-24-11 10:18PMLike Reply
Thanks everyone! I just started in may when we went to Disneyland for the first time! I live in Canada so I'm hoping to really get into it the next time we go now that I know you can trade with people at the parks. I bought the bulletin board at the dollar store- works pretty good! - arieldonald11.0 #6455 2-10-11 5:11PMLike Reply
