For a couple of years, we only did trips that were during Oct-Dec or when HM was closed. When we finally went during a "regular" time both of my little kids wanted to know why they changed the HM to not have Christmas stuff. Some people are just so miserable with their lives that they have to complain about everything and put people down. When I worked at a gym we would get people complaining about the music. We had a list of approved stations. One lady went so far to say it bothered her while she was swimming and wanted it off. I explained to her our policy and it isn't fair to the rest of the people her who do like the music. If that store was following policy then there is no worry.
