Oh. My. Goodness. I am going to Disneyland Paris the beginning of next year. I am so dang excited!!! Has anyone had the pleasure of going and if so, any tips and advise? I have never been out of the country before.

I went in 2000. When I was there the park is set up the same as DL but the rides were very different. Be prepared for odor unfortunately. I can still remember walking into stores on Main St, seeing nobody else in the store, and being able to still smell BO. Just be prepared for that. - LilSterner2686.2 #20 10-22-12 9:06PMLike(1) Reply

Wasn't it amazing! Pretty much a walk on, on all the rides (except cars land)! It was so nice to be able to have leg room at DCA. I don't think I've ever seen it so empty. - kss4tink216.8 #1427 6-14-12 8:58PMLike Reply

I check in to the anaheim plazza its only about 60 dollars a night and right across from tower of terror. Surrounding hotels are twice as much idk why. After putting on our pin lanyards and unpacking you have several hours to walk downtown disney. We are pass holders so we go in a park and watch a show fantasmic, woc etc. to knock that out so u dont rush it in the upcoming days. Get rested up hit dl early next day dlca 3rd is always a mix of everything we enjoyed most so whatever we want. Go to bed and thursday pack the car we have lunch at downtown disney, Or in the parks (maybe couple more rides;) and take off before rush hour. - J-Cricket15.5 #5725 9-9-11 10:21AMLike Reply

The same thing happened to me here when the app first started. I posted a funny essay that my 7 year old wrote about how she hates MouseWait and doesn't like meetups.. I was raked through the coals and called a bad mom and told that it was a cry for help etc.. Same story.. I moved on! I know I'm a good mom.. I know that my kid is spoiled so it doesn't matter what someone online says! .. And I'm still here on the app and have made lifelong friends that my kid loves. The point is that it's an online community and what people type cannot be completely controlled. There will be drama and controversy and being upset by it isn't going to make it stop. The best thing to do is edit and control your own online experience. *long comment* - Calypso814.4 #119 8-4-11 9:30AMLike Reply

From the info I've gathered here for the AP preview:
1. You can get multiple rides in your time slot
2. You need to wait 30 minutes to get another Fastpass to ride again
3. You need to show your printed email every time you get another Fastpass (hang onto the email if you want to ride multiple times). We are going on Sunday so this info helped me immensely.
