Check out the upstairs Mendocino bar in DCA. Lots of cats there. Look for the cross-eyed orange tabby. :). They have DLR staff that care for them all. - ChipandDale

I saw a black and white kitty by the Fantasyland/Frontierland entrance. The CM warned us not to pet him.
