Does anyone know why AP discounts at World of Disney and some of the other stores in DTD are ending at the end of the year?

Just made a snap decision to take my daughter (who is off school tomorrow for Rosh Hashanah -- which we don't celebrate in our house) to Disneyland, just the two of us! I can't wait to tell her! I can't wait to be at Disneyland!
