That is normal... They are put in that way. When these are opened at stores, it is the CM's job to mix the boxes up by hand. My trip to DL is cancelled for Sunday through Wednesday! =( cancelling my hotel reservation at Super 8 on Katella now so if anyone can use it give them a call ASAP! Total super sad face about this.
