I know that Disney will replace broken toys and balloons, but what about phone cases? I bought a case for my phone a week ago, and just noticed it has a crack in it. I don't have the receipt or packaging anymore though.

Shouldn't be a problem.... Call DelivEARS to get instructions. Last year I bought a sweater and when I washed it, it came out all mis-shaped....
