Hey MWers!! I am going to DL in July and Im wayy excited! I haven't been since November and it feels like forever! I am definitely craving a churro and a dole whip! What's the crowds gonna be like in July?

I went during Christmas and used the FP system. The longest we waited was 45 mins for TSMM (no FP). We utilized the single rider option as well. That time around thanksgiving usually is, Thursday to Sunday but it dwindles down a bit, just a tad, after that...so you'll miss the large crowds, but it def won't be empty..but good timing in my opinion for planning your trip - MarshaMouse2835.4 #15 9-29-11 7:55PMLike Reply

Ariels grotto is still the same, the changes are, the new entrance turnstiles (completed) the dca mainstreet and hub are becoming old Hollywood (more what ca was like when walt was animating) the redcar trolley will be installed here and travel through the hollywood backlot, cars land is under construction, and the new little mermaid ride (complete) goofys sky school (complete) and the new boardwalk dining area (complete) is where pizza owmowmow was. Whats your favorite DisneyLand experience and why?!(:
My favorite would be when I went with my mom three years ago, when I was turning 15 years old and I went to disneyland for my birthday. I met jack sparrow that day and he made me laugh alot, told me he liked my pins I had on my lanyard. My mom and I used to go all the time when I was in junior high. I missed a lot of school. But one time we went and Space, Splash and BTMRR were all closed. We rode Matterhorn over and over again. We eventually learned the spanish safety speech and would recite it to each other in line. We would just giggle everytime we rode the ride. My best experience: I had just moved back to California in 2003 and convinced my friend from high school to cone visit me about two months after. She came out and I surprised her with a trip to DL since she hadn't been outside Indiana for 18 years of her life. The day was awesome but when we watched the fireworks I noticed she was crying. When I asked her why she said she never thought she would get to see the fireworks in person and was so happy she couldn't hold it in anymore. It was the best feeling to see the joy DL gave to her. I've been several times since it's my nearest park. It's really quaint and the castle in particular is my favourite, it's so detailed and ornate.
