That's really unbelievable that they'd do that. I'll give a big shout out to ghirardelli for great customer service. When I went there I order an icecream cone and a salted caramel hot chocolate. While waiting for my stuff they said they didnt have the sea salt for my drink. I asked if they'd refund my drink. Some days I would tell the person at the toll booth that I am paying for the person behind me, they would always look at me like they didn't know what I was talking about. I always take tons of pennies with me and I give them to kids near the wishing well or waters around the park. It started when I saw a little girl upset that her dad had no coins while in line for pixie hallow.
