I love that Disney keeps even the smallest minis in mind. Would it be cheaper and easier to take him up the road to the park ? Definitely. Would it be as magical? Not a chance!

I would go to the fireworks first and see them from Main Street/Hub. Then walk through Frontierland and see the 10:30 Famtasmic. I agree with Princess Duckie, go to fireworks first then make your way to 1030 Fantasmic show. I think one of the best views of Fantasmic is on the bridge over pirates of the Caribbean. I always suggest to do fireworks first and then head to the second showing of Fan. If you are on the monthly payment plan try not to renew too early. Because as my friend found out thehard way if you renew before you pay the last payment for the previous year you will pay a double payment. Hopefully your hotel has a nice pool if it's warm, nice way to relax and have fun. In DTD, the movie theatre is nice. Close by if GardenWalk and & Outlets of Orange. They each have cool bowling alleys (not your Daddy's bowling alley). 300 bowl is super cool and Lucky Strike Lanes is retro and lux. One Christmas season we were staying at the Grand and right before bedtime I got hit with the worse fever/chills/cough. It was horrible. I did not sleep at all (and i barely slept at all the night before too, tossing and turning, too excited for our visit). I thought for sure I would send the family to Storytellers for breakfast in the morning and then checkout a day early. :-( But low and behold I fell asleep around 6 am, woke up around 8 am and was almost good as new illness wise. I was still pretty tired. But I was able to make a go of it, thank goodness. We took a lot of fun pics the next 24 hours including our family pic in front of the Grand tree that we

PLease add me! My money saving tip is to bring disney goodies for my daughter (from the Disney store and target/Walmart) and every day we leave a goodie on the bed before leaving to the park! When we come back she discovers her gift and swears Mickey delivered it to her! It makes special memories for her and saves us a ton by buying it ahead of time!! Just logged on and just read your post..Instead of Disney quotes I really want to share a little secret of mine and my sister's that always cheers us up. It's something our parents started when our grandpa passed away when we were really young and during that difficult time we learned to make life better and happier (just a little bit). It's a bit silly but you have to use your imagination, you really have to close your eyes and imagine. Count 1-5.. Start with #1 and imagine a talk with someone that said something silly or made you smile, #2 remember something you had fun learning #3 think of your favorite birthday #4 remember a hug that made you feel warm and #5 if you could be anything in the world, no matter how silly of a thing, imagine yourself being it.
