try to get your calories at different levels each day, plus do different amounts of exercise each day. It tricks your body into not plateauing and if you can add some interval training into that, you will be pleased with the success. interval is doing say a fast pace on the machine or jogging for five minutes, then 10 of weights or weighted exercises, and then do another interval and keep alternating. start with one, and build up to a few in a workout.
