Question about the HoJo; has anyone stayed at the Fullerton HoJo? It says it's only 1.6 miles away from Disneyland. The Hijo waterpark hotel is 1.3 miles. I'm confused?!

I visited the park last march and we had a big storm we went through for 3 days. My daughter is born in march and we've typically seen rain around her birthday. Sometimes it can be heavy but not terrible.
