I worked at Best Buy for years and we would sell Disney movies that were in the vault because we hadn't sold our entire inventory of them. I don't remember what movie, but I remember seeing a DVD on the shelf that was in the vault for over a year. I was surprised! My husband, MIL and hubby's uncle all work for the same high school district here. They offer it for different places with the Union like was said. You do have to buy them ahead of time from what I know. Usually you have o go to the office to pick them up that is near you. I'm new to! But from what I understand RAK mean Random Act of Kindness and people will either post something (something Disney related - maps, keychains) and people will add themselves to a draw to win it. There are also in park RAK's and locker RAK's that people do too.
