We get a miniature one of Judah once a year. The small frame comes with a ribbon, so we can use them on our Chrissy tree as ornaments, or set them up by themselves. The goal is to get one every year till he graduates high school, then get a big one and frame it in the middle so you can see the progression. - LittleAprilShowers500.4 #242 12-22-12 11:17AMLike Reply

Maybe someone can advise me. Costco is selling 4 day park hoppers for approx. $260. They are offering a $50 Costco gift card with each park hopper pass. After we purchase the park hoppers, we're considering getting annual passes. Will DLR More...
You will just need to pay the difference from the value of the hopper ticket and the cost of the annual pass you select. The Costco coupon really has nothing to do with your upgrade costs. - MyPark946.4 #94 10-19-12 11:21AMLike Reply
Years ago they took the gift card off the upgrade...so you would get $210 credit. Things could have changed. - Linzee533.2 #219 10-19-12 11:25AMLike Reply
Two different answers. Call DL and always get a name of the person you spoke with. Especially, if it is in your favor. - Sugarbuzz55.4 #3695 10-19-12 3:18PMLike Reply
It depends on what is written on the ticket for the ticket price. We recently bought tickets at getaway today.com and we paid $211 for a 3 day ticket. When we got the ticket it was marked for $214 so we only saved $3 when we upgraded. My MIL bought a ticket from my neighbor who works for Bel Air and his tickets were $25 cheaper. When she got the actual ticket at the park it was priced as a normal ticket so she upgraded and didn't have to pay the $25 extra. Make sense? So again, it depends on what the ticket says - brodysmommy246.3 #1062 10-19-12 4:12PMLike Reply

For those of you in the know, how crowded is it during the grad night days during daytime? We're arriving next Friday afternoon, which is a grad night day, and I'm worried about getting in. Thanks!
As far as I know this is the first year they've mixed the regular day crowd and the Grads. They usually entered after the park was cleared. I don't know if anyone knows what to really expect. - DisneyL0V3R96.2 #3121 5-10-12 11:06AMLike Reply

Yesterday was the first one so in a few weeks you could see bigger crowds. The groups we saw (matching tshirts or buttons) all had a chaperone (or 2 or 3) with them. If I hadn't of known it was a grad day/night, I wouldn't have noticed. It wasn't that crowded and actually emptied out a bit after 7pm. - Gia 794.1 #122 5-10-12 11:23AM
Most grad nights are nit after their ceremony any more. MY school is going today. Leaving around 1. It's a 4-41/2 hour drive. So they will be there around 5:30 til 3am. They have a strict dress code and lots of chaperones. They are very excited. - sewedna103.4 #3035 5-10-12 11:46AMLike Reply

Has anyone used a pedometer (or app) to see how much you walk at the parks? I always feel like I've walked 20 miles per day, lol!
For a diet I was on I had to log 10k steps a day. We went to Disneyland from 10-6 one day and logged 23k. Which is 11.5 miles...so anyone there opening to closing during busy season could easily hit 20 miles IMO.
