I'm a 40yr DL fan with 2 great kids who are both Disney fans well at least 1 of them, my son is 12 and my daughter in 20months old. I'm ex Military and did 3 tours in Iraq, so I'm happy to be home and still a big DL fan. We do 1 trip a yr to DL and at
We went to Disneyland last weekend, and now she wants to wear her ears. I think she is thinking ( hmmm how do I talk mommy and daddy into taking me back to Disneyland).
My daughter is great at talking me into taking her to Disneyland. - ScooterMike1959.8 #35 8-14-12 11:00PMLike(1) Reply
my favorite map. I'm ex Army and I would rather use this map than the one I had in Iraq.
No matter what map you use, glad you found your way home. Thank you for your service!! - ThinkThinkThink302.5 #598 8-5-12 11:45PMLike(21) Reply

Hi MW Family, my wife and I were wondering which character meal is better and easier to get into. The Plaza Inn with Minnie & friends or Goofy's Kitchen and this is for our 20 month old? please help. Thanks.
I like Goofys Kitchen, been going there for years and lots of characters! - wonderlandgirl325.6 #499 7-5-12 7:47PMLike(1) Reply
I haven't done goofys kitchen yet but it is on my list this time. Plaza Inn was amazing. Not only was the food good but it really felt like a party. The costumed CMs would dance with people and they took their time. Also, many came around more than once; unlike Ariel's grotto or The critter breakfast at the Grand CA - CinderellasMom264.5 #879 7-5-12 8:08PMLike(1) Reply
The Minnie n friends at the Plaza Inn is great. It's right inside the park so u don't have 2 go anywhere. The characters r always at your table. It's well worth it. - coll13.7 #5892 7-5-12 8:14PMLike(1) Reply
Hey, is anybody up this early? I'm just watching the rain and wishing my family and myself could be at Disneyland right now, but if we left now we could make it in time. We live in Vegas. I could do it three and half hours. I'll just wait More...
Good morning. Listening to the rain here north of San Jose. Hope you have a fun countdown - Tealtownfan693.4 #144 1-23-12 6:48AMLike Reply
They used to hide 5 (I think) paint brushes on the island and if a kid found it they got a free any ride fast pass. I don't think Dland does it anymore, it might just be WDW - MaddyinDisneyland8.3 #7441 12-28-11 4:03PMLike Reply
Aren't hidden mickeys usually not an actual made Mickey head? More like something that was placed in the park by imagineers to look like a Mickey head. - Evilstitch330.3 #473 12-11-11 9:28AMLike Reply
Splash... That's why I LOVE going to WDW. Riding the TTA (People Remover.. Or whatever the "current" name ;), then going on the COP there just gives me huge warm fuzzies :-) - imtigger17.6 #5327 9-30-11 10:50AMLike Reply
I LOVED that ride. Nice to see they are using the snowflakes from Innerspace on HM's NBC . - SUUZinOC715.4 #140 9-30-11 11:03AMLike Reply

You could always look into buying into the Disney Vacation Club. But definately Disney Date Night would be awesome and maybe do a tour or specialty seating for a show? - yellowtonka237.7 #1138 9-28-11 8:57AMLike Reply
Take a look in my posts. I have a couple of the Matterhorn from the 60's or 70's. My father in law took them and it had no date on them but he said that it was from that era. Have fun! - no1goof239.2 #1123 9-26-11 9:58AMLike Reply
