Anyone know if monday halloween day disneyland will be full?
Do you mean the Halloween party? If so don't worry even if it's a sold out event and most likely will be. It's not bad at all. The lines move fast and the rides wait times didn't pass 30mins. Do any of you guys know how to get a discount on disneyland tickets?

Only what disney sells. Some companies may have discount tix for employees. Mine did and so does a friend of mine. But other than that maybe check costco.
