Welcome! I think you are on track with the "lifestyle change". I had always failed on diets but I found that making gradual changes in my daily habits led to better results (lost over 50 lbs) and it easily became my natural way of life. Drastic changes were too hard for me to stick with in the long run. They key for me was to start with small changes and add them gradually. - D55CR

I recover a lot of flip flops from the Jungle Cruise dock and also from the tracks at Indy. i also find a lot of single baby size flip flops randomly around the park. They do look much cooler then closed shoes and if you are use to wearing them I am sure the are fine. I do think you need to be carfull about sunburned toesies. - BalooTBear
