Hi I'm new here and saw your post. I think that's pretty crowded but I think Disneyland is always crowded now. There is really not much of an "off season" anymore. 10 years ago I remember going sometimes and there would be no lines for anything and CMs would let you stay on the ride and go around as much as you want as long as there was no line. - rachelelizabeth  189.0 #1945 5-9-13 2:01PM Like  Reply

We will be at the parks next Sunday-Wednesday and I'd love to do my first in park RAK. Any advice? Do lockers work better than meet ups?
History has shown that meet ups are better than locker RAKs because there are people who troll the lounge for those kinds of things. It's difficult to do meet up RAKs unless you are in one spot for 15+ minutes and update your location frequently. Meet up RAKs are more fun because you get to actually meet MWers. - IDVandalSkipperCM  1895.9 #58 5-8-13 1:38PM Like(1)  Reply
Very true. Hubby and I should be there Friday just hanging out and taking our time and are planning on bringing Rak's for mini's. We have no problem staying in one place when someone says they are on their way. - MrsSchnooks  2563.5 #34 5-8-13 7:10PM
Meet ups are the best IMO. Face to face meetings with MWers are so much fun and the start to beautiful friendships - dimplesdanie  1072.4 #120 5-8-13 1:36PM Like  Reply
Is there an unspoken RAK etiquette protocol? Like, should you be a member for x-amount of time before you qualify to receive an RAK, or to sponsor an RAK? I understand some MW'ers post criteria to meet prior to, such as points to DM, so exclude that because it is stated. - TaraInDisneyland  25.2 #5435 5-8-13 6:35PM Like  Reply
Nope, you make up your own rules. That's the fun part of a RAK. I do see that you're new. You should definitely do an introductory post just to say hi and introduce yourself! - IDVandalSkipperCM  1895.9 #58 5-8-13 6:36PM
