Oh, wow... I'm so sorry to hear this... I did not know him personally, but I will never forget him or that smile... One time while on pirates, my daughters peter pan hate flew off as we went down a drop and upon exiting he noticed my daughter was upset, when I explained to him what happened, I told him so he would know why she was upset, I honestly was not expecting anything in return... However, he asked me to wait a minute and he called someone on the phone then filled out a paper to have her hat replaced with any embroider font she wanted...My daughter was so happy and the joy in his face to see how happy she was, was priceless... That's true DMW, but HM can be taught to ANY CM really. Getting a trainer status or a Lead status requires top notch work and experience and all other kinds of stuff.
