I still haven't watched the "World of Color" or gone onto the renovated "Silly Symphony Swings" (from "The Orange Stinger"). How has DCA differ from the last time I entered? The last time that I did was Summer 2008 with my cousins.
DCA has changed a lot. There is the new entrance Buena Vista St., carthay circle theater, Mad T Party, Goofy's Sky School (Mullholland), The little mermaid attraction has been added, cars land, and the new Boardwalk dining area has been added as well. There were pics posted yesterday in the lounge of the letters being transported to their new location in Sacramento. I think if u do a keyword search for "letters" "cal expo" or "Sacramento" you might be able to find them! I miss them so much, but it's really cool that they'll be up in northern CA. From Wiki "Disney Vinylmation is a brand of 3", 1.5" and 9" vinyl toys sold at Disney theme parks and other locations. The toys all have a common shape (that of Mickey Mouse) but have different themed markings, colors and patterns. The first figures were introduced in November 2008.[1]
Trading of figures is officially encouraged and practiced at Disney locations in a fashion similar to Disney pin trading. There are designated places where guests may trade figures with cast members.
Vinylmation figures are sold in sealed packaging. The purchaser does not know which figure they are buying until they have opened it. We used to go but the rides got too jerky for us... Our heads kept hitting the head rests and we got headaches so we haven't been in about 5 years. But I like the top gun ride and drop zone. Why did Disney cut FP to BLAB (Buzz) and not leave half for both ST2 and BLAB instead of giving all of them to ST2? Now we will have to wait forever for the shooting pix... :(
