I Just finished a your loss their gain challenge and not only those every pound we lose goes to feed the hungry, if we are one of top three percentage weight loss, we win a iPod touch. Ate slowly enough to realize I was full before I finished my lunch. And then managed to stop myself from finishing the delicious food just because there was only "a little bit left anyway". /cheer!
