Hollywood studios and animal kingdom were both fine for one day when we went but I wish we had spent more time at magic kingdom.. There's just so much to see!
It also depends on what time of year you are going.. We went in September and it was not crowded so we got on all the rides without a wait. Also make sure to save a day for just relaxing by the pool and exploring downtown disney. We didn't do that and we really regretted it!

I was there last year with and I budgeted $75 per day for food and gifts (souviners). This is the formula I use for all my disney trips. A couple of tips I can give you. If your staying on property order Kids meal it has great sides that you can eat healthy and a little cheaper. Table service dining plan. If you make smart choices regarding reservations, you can really get your money's worth, especially if you are a foodie. With kids, you could probably do quick service or try to have only one or two meals in the park. We went not last year but the year before. Personally I did not enjoy it. I was hoping for more info about the parks, how they gear up for Halloween etc. it turned out to be mainly info about the Halloween holiday itself and about riding rides. It was more like a fast pass with a story. Pulse we did the package with the trick or treat and missed 1 whole hr of the party because our tour ran long. Our treat was a Halloween themed rice krispie. We also got glow lanyards and a cool key souvenier. If you want to ride rides quickly and are really into Halloween it would be fun. If you have a candy shop or cake supply shop near you I recommend doing the following...go buy orange flavored melting chocolate, the caramel wraps that are used for apples and dark melting chocolate and of course marshmellow. I personally dont care for the orange sugar. Plaza inn opens when the park opens and it opens for magic mornings too. Even if you don't have access for magic mornings you can go to Plaza inn for breakfast during that time. They open as early as 7am, I believe. I never make it that early! It's cool because you're already in the park, so you can enjoy the ambiance and then hit the ground running. The merchandise discounts are being restored to their original amounts, but I think the food discounts are still the same (10-15%). Your baby will eat free. Ok so I get that plaids are for the rich & famous or think they are rich& famous but what do they do? Do you get special privileges or backstage?
My family and I got to be escorted by a plaid last summer. She was able to get us on all the fast pass attractions as well as a few others. My stepmom says breakfast w/ characters was not worth it & a party will only be the same disappointment.
