Has anyone tried the Character breakfast at the Plaza Inn? How much is it? And what characters are there?

We have done 4 different character breakfasts and this is the only one we go back to everytime. The food is not the best out of the breakfasts but it is still pretty good. The characters are fantastic! We have had the best memories at this breakfast because of the wonderful character interactions! Has anyone tried the World of Color picnics? Is the food and the seating worth the $16?
Seating is basically a spot on the floor. I see no advantage in getting the meal over a turkey leg and a cinnamon roll frankly.
