Is anyone having trouble renewing their pass online? I have been trying since yesterday and keep getting an error that the website is offline. I apologize if this has been asked already.

There are all kinds of problems with the online system right now. A lot of people who ordered passes over the weekend still haven't gotten email confirmations or E-ticket vouchers.
