Hi everyone! Ok, I need some opinions on the following: why do dad's take their 2 year old daughter into the Men's restroom? I have seen this time and time again. Disneyland provides family restrooms. It's very uncomfortable when your doi More...
Spoken like someone who doesn't have kids... Trust me these Dad's do not want to be taking their daughters into the mens bathroom as much as you dont want them to...Look, when a child under the age of 12 has to pee it's usually an emergency. If a dude is there with his younger daughter there is no time to sit your squirming daughter down and say, well let's keep a level head about this and find the nearest family restroom... It doesn't work like that. When you were a kid I'm sure there were plenty of times you went in the women's restroom with your mom. This is the same thing just on opposite day... Perfectly normal get over it. π½π¨π§ - BambooMike129.4 #2640 11-18-12 2:36AMLike(20) Reply

You are probably going to hate me because I am a dad and I have a 2 and 4 year old daughter and sometimes I take both of them into the restroom. Do you think I do it to make you feel uncomfortable. I do it out of necessity. Family restrooms are only in some parts of the park and there are only a few in each area. When my daughter has to go she has to go and that's it so I choose the nearest restroom. I'm sorry it makes you uncomfortable but I'd rather you be uncomfortable so that my daughter doesn't have an accident. - Sandcar131365.3 #59 11-18-12 2:30AMLike(8) Reply
When kids have to gone hey have to go. I make my 10 yr old son go in the girls room with me. I would rather people think he's too old to be in there than him get stolen standing outside waiting. - Mrsblue 692.4 #150 11-18-12 2:37AM
Bravo sandcar13. I agree mrsblue. I'm a single mom of 8 yr old boys and they still go into the women's restroom with me. I get weird looks or comments sometimes but thier safety is far more important. - supertracy 435.6 #290 11-18-12 9:40AM

If a dad has his two year old, and a family restroom is not nearby, then there are three options: 1) he takes her to the Men's Room; 2) he takes her to the Women's Room; 3) he has her pee/poo in the bushes. I'm thinking #1 is the most logical choice for most people. π - Spoonful_O_Sugar439.2 #288 11-18-12 11:22AMLike Reply
