Yesterday I was in the parks by myself with my 4 month old and my back starting going out. I could barely lift his car seat back into the car. It got me wondering what would happen if needed help in the structure.? I never see security or More...

For about six months we listened to the Disney 50th CD. But I was burning out so we listen to a generic nursery rhyme cd now We read one story from this Winnie the Pooh Growing Up story collection book. She sleeps with one of her many many Disney plushes. Had a great day today! Finally ate at Jolly Holiday! Went on Pooh! And almost went on Peter Pan but, had a bit of an explosion in line. Thank goodness for that baby care center and the sweet CMs that's work there!

Any of you mommys out there have advice on how to lose baby weight. I haven't lost anymore weight in 2 months despite eating well and taking daily long walks with my baby and doing sit ups at night.
I'm not a mom (yet, lol), but to break your plateau, I think you probably need more intense cardio and some weight training. Remember, muscle burns more calories when your body is at rest.
