can a family member that lives in Cali buy resident discount tickets and let me use them if I'm not a resident?
Sadly they do not do resident discount tickets on a regular basis. If its for the 2fer tickets that come out in a few months, those are for SoCal residents I believe, I'm sure you can use them. So scary! There was a shooting at the Visalia mall last weekend. Around 7pm, some gang members shot at a guy. A bystander was hit as well.
