Peaceful night in Toontown. I miss the quiet nights. They only happen once in a blue moon now.

once as a young boy I enjoyed watching adventure movies like Swiss family tree house and so forth. Well I thought it would be adventurous to use a leaf instead of tissue paper and it really did not do the trick and that was the last time I did that. At least they are doing something for APs. I think it's a nice change from before. I like the opportunity to stay two extra hours on a week night. As you mentioned in another post, it's a good way for my family and I to head to the parks during the weekdays. We don't get home from work until 5:30PM and wouldn't make it to the parks until about 6:30PM with traffic/parking, so we don't go. The extra two hours gives us the chance to go. Just my opinion. =) - EpicDio381.7 #354 2-7-13 1:59PMLike(3) Reply
I think the value is in getting to go to DL when I choose. Anything more is an extra perk. Some perks I will be excited about and take advantage of, and others won't appeal to me so I won't.
Separating the passes sounds elitist and un-Disney. A pass holder is a pass holder.

How about extended hours for premium ap holders on Saturday until 1 or 2am? That would be worth it for me. Extended hours during the week do nothing for me since I (and probably the majority of everyone else) work during the week. - JenInWonderland1025.1 #86 2-7-13 1:50PMLike Reply
Well Disney's goal is get passholders to visit during the week, so that it will ease crowds on weekends, especially in the afternoons. There is a very specific reason why they offer APs early entry on weekends right now. - NotNKansasAnymor 174.4 #1935 2-7-13 1:55PM
They know the average passholder visit is about 3 to 4 hours. They hope that with early entry in the morning that will encourage the passholders to get their 3 or 4 hours in in the morning and leave by noon, so it leaves the park with lighter crowds in the afternoon and evening. - NotNKansasAnymor 174.4 #1935 2-7-13 1:57PM
I think it's great I will be down their next week so it's nice to be able to spend more time in the parks but I wish for pass holders who renew every year without any lapse should have a special extended hours to show their loyalty and appreciation to those who love all things disney! So my niece has recently informed me that apparently there is a feather stuck in Fifi's beak, and it's been there for months! Lol
If it's still there, mention it to the CM working. They might not notice it and can get it taken care of. - IDVandalSkipperCM1291.3 #63 10-19-12 9:41AMLike(1) Reply
