Agree! We wanted to do Princess Fantasy Faire and get photos with them, but the libe was super long and Shelby hadn't met Merida yet! Reading the bad reviews was hurtful and sad. It's amazing how people can easily rate an app based on one feature of the app. I love sarcasm and I honestly enjoy everyone on here, but sometimes it goes too far and it can be hurtful to someone that knows nothing about us. I do my part, try to be the kindest I can be and welcoming and encouraging people to ride it out. Not everyone even likes me and I understand, not everyone will but I don't go writing a bad review about those who can be hurtful. Sometimes I think the reviews should remind us to stop and think before we comment and just make sure we always sound welcoming and they know it's sarcasm and nothing more. The sexual innuendos need to get toned down too, if we have that as part of our FAQ, then we must also follow it better. I love mousewait and I try to do my part to make this a welcoming and enjoyable community for everyone. Thanks for posting this, and for updating your reviews! Since MouseWait started, there have been people (and companies) who don't want MW to succeed. They use the review system to attack us (on various platforms) because they can easily create multiple accounts, leave negative reviews, update those reviews so they stay on top, and abuse the "Was this review helpful" feature. The Lounge is not perfect (nothing is, the last time I checked), and I agree with Marsha -- sexual innuendos and inappropriate jokes are UNACCEPTABLE and will not be tolerated here. This should (and will be) a welcoming online family friendly community. I don't like reading condescending posts or comments. I have banned people without notice for blatantly and intentionally violating the rules (which is undoubtedly where some of these negative reviews come from), so if you are violating the rules on a continual basis you will eventually be banned from MouseWait. Having said that, the above things I mentioned are a minority in the Lounge. If you stay in Disneyland Talk, utilize the Block feature, and MyFEED, you will rarely, if ever, have any problems -- we have over 120,000 registered users, and that number rises daily. Today, we have more interaction, live posts, and quality content than we've ever had since our inception in 2009. Our community is thriving because of the people who contribute daily and welcome others into the family -- bottom line is that the Lounge format works, and this format/structure has superseded and outgrown antiquated forums of the past.
