OK sorry. Here we go. Thanks to Jaimz I dug through my old kit and found tons of stuff. I don;t know what part of town you are in, but you'll do best at a professional supply shop. The brand you want is Krlyon. It's German. There is liquid colorings for teeth effects.
The bottles look like nail polish. Vatrious shades for different effects. Pretty much what yu want to do is dry off the tooth/teeth that are to be colored. Brush it on (It'll be kinda like liquid paper but thinner. Blow dry it so it adheres. Maybe a few more layers. It brushes off with normal dental hygeine. I would think that steins may have one available also. In The valley you could go to Cinema Secrets (But uber crowded as any place would be). If it still exists I'd go to Columbia Cosmetics on Gower just below Sunset. You could also inquire at the Blasco studio. I think they are in Los feliz now.
