I am a wife, a mom and a nurse. I spend a lot of time taking care of other people. I love DLR and DCA because I feel like someone is taking care of ME! I love to just be free and laugh and scream and have a great time!
T minus 7.5 hours till my daughter and I leave Austin and head to Orlando for Disney College Program check in! Excited for us to have a fun Disney day Monday at Magic Kingdom!

Planning our DL/DCA trip for Feb 6-14. Any advice or opinions as to time of year would be greatly appreciated! We have only been in Summer and Fall...new adventure!!

The weather should be mild. Like HMACIF said there is a definite possibility of rain. The great things about that time of year are the relief from the heat and the smaller crowds. If you don't mind a little morning fog, some cloud cover and maybe some rain you should have an excellent time. Be prepared with layers of clothing because even when it starts out cold often it warms up in the afternoon and you find yourself wishing you had something light on under that sweater. Check tha calendar around mid. Oct. I think they are sometimes 90 days out or so. Also might check on here or other forums as it gets closer and somene may post closure dares. They close one then the other and it changes from year to year which goes first if memory serves. We go mid Jan every year. Light crowds and usually warmer than you'd expect.
