You cousin and I share the same bday. Yay! I go every year on that day. In my experience the first week of December is pretty slow. Last year we didn't wait more than 10 mins for any attraction. Not too sure how candelight will affect the crowds but last year I was there on the sat before too and the crowds didn't pack in until it got closer to start time. They wouldn't have invited you if they didn't really want you to come. Just tell them you husband can't go and that you are afraid it will be overwhelming with the little ones on your own. My guess us they will tell you not to worry about it. If they offer to help take it. I'm sure you would be more than happy to the same thing if the situation was reversed. Totally do-able with a little help from friends. Even without, as long as you think ahead. Take a good double stroller or a stroller and a carrier. Utilize longer dark rides to feed the baby and don't set your ride expectations high, know that you will be riding the attractions without a height requirement. Also, have snacks and water bottles handy to avoid lots of trips back and forth to stores. I find with a baby and a toddler one of my best tricks is to keep an exciting and unfamiliar toy for your older child so you can distract them when you need to pay extra attention to the baby. And most importantly, take it easy! You won't see it all and your sanity is most important. I rode the Little Mermaid for two hours straight because that's what Cannon wanted to do, the baby could nap in the carrier and I got a chance to cool off and recoup.
