From yesterday my phone died so I couldn't post until today, niece and son had a blast no radiator springs but couldn't have had more fun and I was able to give away 6 space mountain fast passes so I felt good :)

Taking my niece today and the plan was to get there at 7 but unfortunately there was a bad accident that held us back, we should be there by 8:30 what are the chances of being able to get radiator springs fast passes at that time?

You can always head straight for the fast pass line in the morning...it's not a bad wait and then at least you have one guaranteed time to ride it.
