I"M WITH YA 100%! Please to all of you AP holders (This will not include most of you) I want you to know Disney has been very nice to you over the years. With special events and discounts that the rest of us that love Disney just as much as all of you, do not get to take advantage of. Because we live too far to visit the parks more than once or twice a year and just as many if not more that can only visit every 5 or 10 years. I would love to live close and visit every week like the rest of you but because of work and family we just can’t. On the other hand if I lived as close as many of you I may become as many of you seem to be, hardened. It looks to me looking at some of the posts that some of you have lost the magic that is Disneyland, you have become complacent and feel like this park belongs to you. You have no more entitlement to the park that the rest of us but Disney found in their heart to allow you to have access to the park only many of us dream about. I want you all to know that I received notice today from get-away today that as of April 8 three day park hoppers are going up 39.00 for adults so this as not targeted at AP holders but a product of the times. I can also tell you that Cars land was built and many dollars are still owed to some of the contractors because of changes made and not paid for but in defense of Disney it could be the contractor holding back. Either way I want you all to know that you are not alone in this and some of the complaints are a display selfish thoughts and greed. The parks do not belong to you and you are biting the hand that feeds you when you complain about price increases. I apologize to any of you that feel offended by what I have posted but I don’t think you have any idea how good you have it, or how good Disney has been to you. You complain about crowds, well if not for the crowds you would not have Disneyland, learn to share and there is a world outside of Mouse wait and Disneyland and the rest of us need to escape this reality too and visit the parks.
