Midway Mania at WDW does have Fast Pass and their line is usually 2 hours because of it. When I was at WDW in Oct. 2011 one of their CMs said he wished it didn't have Fast Pass because then the line wouldn't be as long. It just crawls at WDW; at least ours seems to constantly move. IT was running when we got in line, but they must have shut the line down, because when we got off the line was very short, and no one was being allowed to enter the line again.
