Weekdays ou have a better chance of getting seated. Weekends are usually packed. If you go right when they start dinner, which I think is 4:30, they may be able to get you a table. You can actually use them later than the time on the fastpass. For instance, if the Fastpass return time is 12-1pm, they will let you use it anytime after 12pm. We often save ours for evening. There has been talk of more strict enforcement of the return time (I've heard they are enforcing it at Walt Disney World).
