Hey folks - it's been a while since I've been in this area of MW. I have started using the WW points plus system (although not officially joined WW) and I was wondering if you know of a good source for WW points for Disneyland food? Thank More...
I've searched and couldn't find any. In going to do my best to make good choices and watch my portions. - Fanatic4Disney258.0 #926 4-15-13 11:53AMLike Reply
I guesstimate at Disneyland. They are not required to provide nutritional info. Any restaurant with 10 or more locations are required. But because Disney restraints are all individual and serve different food at each one they found the loophole. So I guess. But here is a little info. Any company that has kids meals are required by law to be 550 calories or less. Also there is a cool website called just diet now that takes and finds out all the points for fast food places and restaurants. It's awesome. It helps me stay on track when eating out. - ImAlwaysCrazy646.4 #166 4-15-13 11:12PMLike Reply

I'm the UPS Health and Safety supervisor at the San Gabriel Hub and we are hiring. Work Monday through Friday weekends off holidays off. We hire a lot of people young and mature. Just as long as you don't mind labor. I'm going Driving soon if I play my cards right. Fingers cross fingers cross. - MickeyMouse031254.3 #3674 7-14-12 3:49AMLike Reply
Tip number 1 - when you buy your "starter" pins to trade through the parks for other pins, make sure you buy pins that you (and your kids) don't really like! Because otherwise they won't want to trade them away, and you'll end up having to spend more money on pins that they are willing to give up. lol - jmgphx322.7 #512 6-7-12 9:10AMLike(2) Reply
If you're in the park, I'll be glad to explain everything to you. Most of what I've learned about pin trading is either from other MWers and working in the park. - BaseballMickey_CM2861.7 #16 6-12-12 2:34PMLike Reply
As a kid I liked the starter kits. You can trade the ones you don't like from there :) - Raeofsunshine10.6 #6571 6-12-12 4:17PMLike Reply

I have only gone on a few Fantasyland rides. As far as I can remember, I have never been on Pinocchio, snow white, Dumbo or Mr. Toads. Yeah... it's sad. lol - KylaShea533.2 #214 5-28-12 6:31PMLike Reply
the only ride we have never been on is silly swings, so we are gonna do that next trip. The Walt's footstep's tour is a great idea for the bucket list! - madsdad1129.4 #72 5-28-12 6:32PMLike Reply

If you want to have breakfast and see all of the characters, I would recommend making reservations in advance. The breakfast will take 60-90 minutes. - BeachGirlJenny10.6 #6574 2-21-12 10:10PMLike(2) Reply
Since you have not been there for many years, and it's your son's first trip, there are a lot of planning tips that would help you have a great trip - way too many to share here. When my boys were little, I took each of them on 'mommy and me' Disney trips (from Portland). Once on the train, once driving, and once on a plane. I would be happy to help you plan, if you would like. I will message you my email, then just send me a note if you would like some help and/or tips. (if you don't send me a note, I won't be offended :) The park has changed quite a bit since your last visit. - PrincessKristin776.6 #124 2-21-12 10:46PMLike(1) Reply
Thanks! I think we will try both. Perhaps get an early reservation (like 730) before the park opens? Some of the reviews have recommended this - jalensmommy150.1 #2293 2-22-12 12:59AMLike Reply

What are your tips, tools, and tricks for staying on track with eating and/or exercise? I have been using an app for Android phones called Calorie Counter by Fat Tracker. I enter everything I eat, daily weight, and exercise.
Have you seen the Kirstie Alley 100 days of dancing? Wow! Can't believe she is 60!!! She lost all that weight and she still looks young! I'm gonna try... 30 minutes dancing a day... Throw on some Disney tunes and get my heart rate up :) - 2BeignetOrNot2Beignet253.3 #981 1-4-12 8:01PMLike Reply

I think you should wait until the first weekend in February, cuz that's when I'll be there. Also, I took a ton of pics of the flag retreat and Ernie on my last visit, and I'd like to frame them and send them to you. Or get them to you some other way, if you're interested. - PrincessKristin776.6 #124 11-30-11 9:51PMLike Reply
